Frost & Frost Co started from personal experience. I didn't come from the bag industry—just years of daily use, from school to work and travel, constantly looking for a bag that felt easy, organized, and genuinely functional. Many looked good, but few worked effortlessly in everyday life.

Over time, I realized the problem wasn't just about price or design. Some products were good, some were expensive, and some were simply not built well—but what was missing was a focus on reducing friction in how people actually move through their day.

Engineering the Barrier

We don't rely on cheap surface coatings that flake off over time. For our weatherproofing, we use a technical sandwich construction. By layering a dedicated waterproof reinforcement between our exterior and interior fabrics, we create a permanent barrier against the elements. It's more difficult to sew, but it's the only way to ensure long-term reliability.

Every detail is a calculated decision. We utilize YKK technical hardware and specialized sewing methods, like 3D pocket darting, to provide volume without compromising the slim, functional profile of the ARKN series.
