Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To process a return, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility
Your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- With all original tags, packaging, and accessories
Please note: Returns may be rejected if the item is damaged, altered, or soiled.
Reason for Return
When requesting a return, please provide a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. This helps us improve our products and services. Examples include:
- The bag doesn’t meet your expectations
- Wrong size, color, or model
- Shipping damage
- Other feedback
Note: Providing a reason does not affect your eligibility for return, but helps us serve you better in the future.
Cleaning Fee Policy
- If an item is returned dirty or has been cleaned with strong-smelling products, we reserve the right to:
- Reject the return, or
- Charge a cleaning fee of ₱2,500 to restore the bag to its original condition
Shipping Costs
- All return shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.
- We currently cannot accept returns from international orders due to high shipping costs.

- All Frost & Frost Co products come with a limited lifetime warranty.
