At Frost & Frost Co, we want you to be confident in every purchase. While all our bags are designed for durability and functionality, we understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned.


Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To process a return, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility

Your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Please note: Returns may be rejected if the item is damaged, altered, or soiled.


Reason for Return

When requesting a return, please provide a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. This helps us improve our products and services. Examples include:

  • The bag doesn’t meet your expectations
  • Wrong size, color, or model
  • Shipping damage
  • Other feedback

Note: Providing a reason does not affect your eligibility for return, but helps us serve you better in the future.


Cleaning Fee Policy

  • If an item is returned dirty or has been cleaned with strong-smelling products, we reserve the right to:
    • Reject the return, or
    • Charge a cleaning fee of ₱2,500 to restore the bag to its original condition

Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.
  • We currently cannot accept returns from international orders due to high shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

    • Order number
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)
    • Reason for return (short explanation)
  3. Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to ship your return.

Important Note

  • All Frost & Frost Co products come with a limited lifetime warranty.
  • If something goes wrong after the 7-day return period, please contact our support team at [hellofrostandfrostco@gmail.com] to discuss repair or replacement options under warranty.
