Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

Shipping is ON US within the Philippines on all Frost & Frost Co orders. This is part of our commitment to making your purchase simple and straightforward.

Estimated Delivery Time

Since our main dispatch location is in Cebu (Visayas), delivery times may vary depending on distance and courier operations:

  • Cebu / Nearby Visayas Areas: 1–3 business days
  • Luzon & Mindanao: Approximately 7–14 business days depending on courier schedules, location accessibility, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (courier backlog, holidays, or weather conditions).


International Shipping

We do ship internationally; however:

  • Shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer.
  • Rates depend on destination, parcel size, and courier charges.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery timelines for international orders vary depending on destination country and courier processing.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To process a return, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility

Please note: Returns may be rejected if the item is damaged, altered, or soiled.


Reason for Return

Cleaning Fee Policy

  • If an item is returned dirty or has been cleaned with strong-smelling products, we reserve the right to:
    • Reject the return, or
    • Charge a cleaning fee of ₱2,500 to restore the bag to its original condition

Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.
  • We currently cannot accept returns from international orders due to high shipping costs.

That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. We stand behind what we build.


What’s Covered

Your Frost & Frost Co. bag is protected against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Defects in materials
  • Faulty stitching or seam failure
  • Broken zippers, buckles, or hardware under normal use

If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.


Replacement Policy

If your bag is replaced under warranty, the replacement item remains covered for manufacturing defects. However, the original approved claim counts as your warranty event.

Multiple claims for the same issue may be reviewed individually to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.


Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

  • Within the first year (Philippines only): Shipping to us for approved warranty claims is free.
  • After the first year: Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us.
  • Return shipping: We cover return shipping after repair or replacement, regardless of claim timing.

Turnaround Time

Repairs or replacements typically take 3–5 weeks, depending on the issue and parts availability.

Do your bags have extra rain protection?
Yes. Our bags use a protective middle lining layered between the outer fabric and inner lining. This “sandwich” construction helps slow down water penetration and adds extra protection for your belongings during rain or splashes.

What materials do you use?
Our bags typically use 600D–900D nylon outer fabric, a protective inner barrier layer, and 210D ripstop lining inside. This combination helps balance structure, durability, and weather resistance for everyday carry.
